Most people do not fail at fitness because they picked the wrong split. They fail because the plan assumed a different life.
The minimum that still counts
Two or three full-body sessions. A walk most days. Protein at meals you already eat. Sleep treated as training, not leftover time.
That is not Instagram. It is how bodies actually change: slightly, then obviously, then permanently if you do not interrupt it.
Intensity is a spice
You do not need to suffer to make progress. You need a repeatable stimulus and enough recovery to come back.
If a plan requires perfect mornings, it is not a plan. It is a costume. Build the version that still works when travel, kids, or a deadline arrive.
